"Great food, serves 8-10 rather, but service to be improved"

Serves 6, but we had 7 adults and 3 children and there was some food left. Food is well served and delicious, piping hot.
However, the wait time for self collection was abit too long, estimated 25 mins overrun the supposed collection time. Called ... More me at 5pm to ask what time I collect, I said 5.30pm and they said they try their best. My timing for collection is stated as 5-6pm. I understand they want to food to be warm and enjoyable but a more realistic timeline could have been given. Nonetheless, food was amazing, service could be improved.
It’s a reputable company, TungLok, but I guess the operations were abit scaled back on a Saturday evening.
