Yes I ordered an ice cream cake that came on time, I thought the cake might be melted. Surprisingly they came with a styrofoam box that keep the cake in the right temperature.

Hi Desmond,
Thank you for your review and we are glad that the ice cream cake was delivered on time with good condition.
Every ice cream cake we sell either for walk-in customers or delivery, it comes with a customised cake box to keep the ice ... More cream temperature stable during transport. Because we don't provide dry ice, we need to ensure the temperature of the ice cream / cakes is kept at a satisfying level for the food safety concern.
