The lemon fish is a little hard n dry. It will be better if additional lemon sauce can be separately provided for guest who wanted more sauce. Shelled prawn is always the least popular one. It will be good if the menu can provide prawn dishes ... More without shell or allow customers to swop this dish with other dishes. Standard of salted egg chicken seems to drop a little as it was very very nice in our Jan 2019 order previously .
