Experience was mixed as there was 2 issues with the food.
1) Chicken chop has already turn sour when we open the lid. There was a sour smell and some guests who took commented it taste bad
2) Prawn with golden mushroom was fried version ... Moreinstead of the stir fry version shown in FoodLine photo and it was soggy from the trapped moisture. Stamford clarified that this is actually not on their menu.
Other than that, we quite like the Curry vegetables, Brown rice bee hoon, and Cheng tng. The chee cheong fun was also quite special as seldom we will see that in buffet. Portion was also enough for 25 pax. Show less
