"The ratings on food line was overrated, or Im just unlucky."

The food was less than satisfied. I have 3/4 of the fried rice u consumed as the rice was undercooked.
The prawn salad was room temperature and soggy
The mango pudding were left on a tray u chilled.
Flowers vase display provided was stained and ... More dusty.
I had to seperately purchase icecubes from the supermarket to chill it and add more ice cubes into the drink container as the fruit punch wasn't cold enough.
