"Some nice dishes but hoping for better fish and prawn option"

Overall there are some very nice dishes. But I have problem choosing fish and prawns. Fish are all fried and they are mostly covered with flour with the fish already hardened and dry. All prawns come with shells and people usually do not eat it ... More in the party. It will be good if YLS can provide some prawn options without shell. Example prawn roll.
