Love the food and its totally value for dollar. The guy came early to see the venue and advised us on how he will set up the buffet. Very efficient. Little hiccups with the food, the braised pork with bun was burnt below so the buns were separated. ... More Hope the caterer can use steam tray instead of the normal tray to preserve the bun. If you are considering pineapple fried rice remember not to over order because pineapple spoils faster
