Buffet line was beautifully setup on time as per scheduled. First time trying vegetarian fried rice but unfortunately most of the guest commended that it's too bland. Golden salted egg prawn taste nice but the shell stick to prawn meat (Some say ... Morebecause it's fresh, some say not fresh, I don't know). Fried food - breaded fish fillet and FOC tempura prawn were a bit too dark maybe due to over fried? Mushroom Broccoli was too big. The chef may want to consider cutting the broccoli into smaller pieces. Assam Sotong was awesome. All the guest like it especially with the baby tomato, it goes really well with the assam sauce and the sotong was neither too hard nor soft. Rest of the dishes were alright, taste was somehow similar to other caterer. Show less
