Food arrived just on time, warm to the touch. Second time ordering as we had a great experience before with this caterer.
Overall food was ok, the Yam Paste is still great tasting. However, our family after much discussion realised the standard ... More dropped slightly.
The salted egg prawns didn't taste much like coated with salted egg, more like deep fried prawns. And also the braised duck with sea cucumber was rather tough to chew on compared before when the duck was much tender
Always an opportunity for improvement. Thanks
