"Deliver way early, Food unpalatable. Overall unsatisfactory."

Been ordering from this caterer for the past few years and it has always been our default choice of caterer for any occasion but this time, the experience was a let-down.

Firstly, my order was for 12pm slot but it was delivered way too earlier ... More at 10.40am. Secondly, the fruit tarts were jeopardized, looks like the whole tray had dropped on the floor. Thirdly, a lot of food dishes tasted way too salty this time, compared to my previous orders with this caterer. And prawns meat were powdery.

From this experience, we will definitely explore other caterer options for any future occasions.
