Caterer arrived early to set up. The setup was done nicely and on time. He also showed me each dish and explained a bit on food consumption safety.
Minor point is that we ran out of table napkin midway through the buffet. But it is likely because ... More we encountered some spillage and used some of the napkins to clean up.
Food taste great and it's the healthier option.
Best of all, for the same price of normal buffet (7+1), this healthier buffet gives additional 2 dishes (9+1). Value-for-money!
