Firstly, the pick-up point for self-pick-up customers was extremely difficult to find. There were no clear indications or signage for customers who had opted for self-pick-up. As a result, I had to spend a significant amount of time searching for the pick-up point, causing inconvenience and frustration.
Furthermore, the pick-up point was located at the end of the loading and offloading area, which raised safety concerns. It was not only inconvenient but also unsafe for customers to navigate through a busy area with heavy traffic and potential hazards. This arrangement poses a risk to both customers and staff members.
Additionally, I found the location to be unhygienic. The loading and offloading area is not an ideal environment for handling food, as it may be exposed to dirt, dust, and other contaminants.
