Two days before our food was delivered, I received a call confirming my order. The caller asked if it was acceptable for the order to arrive a bit earlier than my requested time. The food arrived 10 minutes before the requested time, and I am ... More pleased with the customer service provided.

The food portions are on the smaller side, which is understandable given the relatively low cost of $165 (including transportation) for 10 people.

Although food arrived warm, it was not when we finally settle down to eat. The food would likely taste better if served warm/hot.

Overall, I am happy with the hassle free arrangement for this order.
