The mushroom broccoli was sour! Set up at 6pm, ate at 7pm. My guests highlighted to me that the broccoli are sour. I tried and yes.. so embarrassing. In the end, the whole dish was untouched. The guy who collected the buffet line will know, the ... More whole tray was still full. The curry chk was too diluted too.
