"Portion of the food is too little"

I ordered 35 pax at food line , last min add on 10 pax more . Total invited guest 40 pax .
But food half way thru the party is empty . The portion is for 25pax not 45 pax .
When the delivery man came I ask the guy why so little the portion I ... More quite shock when the set up .
Very disappointed in this catering I won’t order again .
I called them a few times on event day . No one answer
Very lost not sure what to do .too last min to find another catering .

A few days after event I called the company complain about this . The staff say will get back to me about this but no one call me back .
