Caterer is very generous with the servings even though its for 12 pax. We were very happy with the freshness of the food. Love the snappers, braised beancurd with mushrooms and stir-fry oriental vegetables. Prawns were pretty good too. The roast ... More chicken is ok. The Yusheng were good too, there were at least 12 mini abalones.
