"In general, food is ok but need to be wise in food selection"

Overall taste of food is ok and acceptable except for :
1. The dory fillet is so thin while the batter is so thick that the whole dish is bland, hard and rubbery with no taste of the fish at all.
2. Quantity of chicken provided is much too little ... More for an order of 50 pax.
3. The lobster is ok but a bit over fried.
4. No serviette provided.
5. No decoration to improve the overall outlook of the whole buffet set-up.
