"Food is delicious but customer service need to improve"

All my guests commented that food was delicious but the customer services need to improve to attend queries.

The delivery was late, in fact they only reach after the arranged time which most of my guests arrived but without food. Try to contact ... More the PIC, no one picking up the phone until 30mins then i manage to get the driver phone number.

Other than that, I must say the foods is really good.
