"Disappointed with the experience"

I recently ordered from this buffet for a gathering, and I was extremely disappointed with the experience. The food arrived cold, which is unacceptable for any catered event. It made our guests uncomfortable.

The variety of dishes was decent, but ... More the cold temperature significantly affected the taste and overall quality. Additionally, the service was below expectations.
The staff seemed unorganized and not particularly attentive to ensuring the food remained at a proper serving temperature during delivery.
