Poor Delivery Set Up for CNY.

Due to CNY period, delivery setup is poor. Assuming caterer 've outsource to 3rd party transporter. Seafood Cake with Mango Mayo has forgotten to bring the warmer setup. So have to squeeze together with Salt & Pepper Prawns to share the warmer as ... More seen in photo. Guest also comments vege turns sour when serving. Collection time almost 10 pm and 've to expedite them. And food description printed cards in one plastic folder was place at one corner when we realize it after guests left. Overall, delivery set up is poor and caterer must ensure fresh food quality.
