Ordering was easy with helpful and friendly CS staff, who called to confirm the order was correct before proceeding. The bento lunch was tasty (tho the kangkong was like rope- pretty hard to chew for Pri Sch kids) We ordered KaiLan but it was chye ... More Sim/kangkong that was delivered.
Driver was late although it i was assured that the food will arrive no later than 12pm. Lunch was served only at 12:45pm to 100+ starving children.
Overall not a bad experience but the front end let the back end down. Tighten the process and you will have a winner.
