All dishes are nice except Steam Cod Fish got alot of bones not removed. Some older relatives and kids had avoided this dish. Fortune chicken given was only two whole chicken and portion was not enough for 30 pax. Ordered Salted Egg prawns but ... More given fried prawns. Yam paste is thick and nice with ginko nuts are our favourite dish. Best dish was Lobster Salad Combination with an outstanding Lobster head display on the dish. Lobster meat was fresh and the fruits combination was good and nice. Overall the food is good and we enjoyed the buffet with good feedback from relatives.
