First time ordering from this caterer. I’ve catered buffet before and usually there’re leftover food. This time, the food ran out before I had the chance to taste it. Guests raved about the delicious food so that was great. Only glitch was there ... More weren’t enough plates. My guess is caterer provided exact and guests took multiple servings without reusing. Hence latecomers didn’t have plates which was slightly embarrassing. There were sufficient forks though. So something to take note of.
