NEVER AGAIN.

1. Brown rice was never given, even though I stated my requests more than twice and was given an 'ok' as a reply. My aunt is DIABETIC, and she had no choice but to have white rice FOR ALL 5 WEEKDAY LUNCHES. I wanted to complain at ... More the 3rd consecutive day of her eating white rice, but gave up since the request fell on deaf ears. I ordered additional suitable food via food panda instead.
This is a waste of time and resources.

2. Food got from bad to worse towards the end of the week. Look at the photos and you will know. How is this worth nearly $12 per meal?

3. At the very least, food wasn't overly salty, but the caterer needs to heed more care for special requests and manage expectations if NOTHING will be done. Don't overpromise and under deliver.

4. I've ordered from them while I was staying in woodlands, and things were not like that. But now, I'm never going to order from them again. My aunt lost 2kg in a week just because the main carbs were not suitable. She is serving quarantine and cannot head out for food at all. Am very disappointed.
