Timeliness and punctuality: Food was delivered on time every time except on 1 occasion.
Food packaging: Good, no complaints
Food quality: Initially was okay, but thereafter the portions got smaller, ... More substituted with cheap ingredients with very little protein. Some days the meat was just fishcake. Soup does not have ingredients.
