"Customer service could be better."

Was given celery on 31 Aug although I indicated under no celery in the special request. Le Xing 1st replied that they will feedback to the operation team and they will try not to include celery as a vegetable dish in future. To my disappointment, I ... More got celery again on 7 & 13 Sep, consecutive weeks somemore . Feedbacked to them again but no respond at all. Didn't even get any compensation for having no vegetable for my meals for 3 whole days as none of us eat celery. i tink most catering either they dun giv strong taste veg or they indicate in their menu so that customers can skip catering on that day. Upset that my feedback is not taken into consideration.
