"Experience marred by gastric pains from v late delivery!"

Ordered for 6pm and was informed that the food will come between 5 to 7. In the end the food came only at 7.53pm, by which time the old folks were getting a little impatient and the younger ones were getting gastric pains. I seriously think we ... More deserve some form of compensation for this bad service. I had high hopes for this order given that it is by Tunglok group. However the order being late by nearly an hour with no update or heads up prior is really quite unacceptable.

That being said, the chicken was fantastic; it came neatly sealed and was still piping hot. The fish maw soup was terribly salty - we just gave up and threw it away, while the schnitzel was quite tough. Portions were good. I enjoyed the dessert quite a bit too.
