The most eye-catching item in the layout when I took the 1st sight is the trash bag setup! This is the most satisfactory setup of all the many years of catering I ordered for the company's CNY opening event! It is so thoughtful of the caterer to ... More provide more than sufficient crockery and cutlery, even packing boxes.

The presentation and combination of the food is pretty appetizing. The vegetables remain green and fresh upon start of the event. The curry chicken comes with such thick gravy good to go with the bee hoon. The bee hoon is the 1st tray to empty and I think the chef could have under estimate the volume for the headcount we ordered. But the fish fillet provided is far beyond the volume I expect. As for the prawn I was surprised that it came with so much gravy for Mongolian BBQ (?) style! As the prawns were not de-shelled less people willing to hands on! But the capsicum that came with the prawn remain fresh and crispy. The tofu is authentically a signature dish. Chicken satay is equally tasty. The sushi plater is just normal nothing special and splendid. The only item that bring a little disappointment of my choice sweet gourmet is the butter cake slices. They are dry and no taste of any real butter cake but scent of the colouring essence is strong!

In overall, it is still a very delightful experience with this caterer.
