Don't order the '4 dishes' option which uses really cheap ingredients e.g. fish cakes/sausages/ deep fried eggs with sauce, etc., and hence incredibly salty.
Instead, try ordering the '3 dishes & 1 soup' option, where the dishes are more decent and ... Moreseemed like home-cooked food without processed ingredients - still salty. If the chef reduces the salt level of each dish, it will attract many more customers who will be thankful for having healthier food, and tastier too without any salty aftertaste. Show less
