"Disappointing Service Despite Good Food"

While the food from Amici Catering was good overall, the service was incredibly disappointing. The server arrived to clear the food just 1.5 hours into the event, even though I had clearly communicated that clearing should only happen 2 hours after ... More the start time. When I asked him to return at the agreed time, he stood in the room with a visibly unpleasant attitude, making everyone uncomfortable.

To make matters worse, he demanded my helper a drink while waiting, yes he did not ask me. He went to my HELPER for A DRINK! This was a birthday party for my 2-year-old daughter held in a small condo function room, and his presence left us feeling rushed and uneasy as we tried to enjoy the meal.

I shared my concerns with Amici’s team, but the sales manager seemed dismissive and uninterested in addressing the issue. This experience was deeply disappointing, and I would not recommend this caterer for future events.
