"Room for improvement"

Overall felt that the food standard is dropping each cycle I ordered. Whenever we call the hotline, the person was very rude as well. Sometimes we really can't remember the Tingkat end date or lost the invoice and the staff will reply "you can't see ... More your email or words like email already sent what" Food can arrived either too early (230pm) or very late (6.45pm) and it always arrive cold and have to heat up.
