"Metal piece found in meat patty!!!"

One of the meat patty has metal piece in it and after feedback, the responsibility is pushed to the meat supplier saying that machinery are used to minced the meat hence spare parts would have been loosen. I didnt lodge a complain to the government ... More agency but i heard it's a serious issue when metal piece is found in food.
