1) It’s my first week of trying this caterer. Quality of cooking is much better than others than I have tried before. Some of the vegetable dishes can be cooked more throughly so that it’s not so tough.

2) Improvements needed in the ... More packaging used. The rectuamgluar boxes are not liquid-tight. The soup bowls are worst, without fail it would leaked badly. You can consider using a sealing machine to seal the soup bowls. Something like bubbe tea packaging.

3)my dinner delivery time is likely the first stop at 230pm. Which means by the time I consume at 630pm onwards, and the dishes are more than 4hrs from cooking time. Not sure if anything can be done by the company.
