Caterer confirmed the order very promptly.

On the day of delivery, selected to be ready by 430, so caterer came around 330 to setup. Caterer changed 3 dish (2 main and 1 drink) without prior informing. From yang chou fried rice to pineapple ... More fried rice; sweet and sour fish to thai style fish; apple cordial to fruit punch or something.

There was alot of leftover, guests mentioned it is still okay, some don't prefer as it is too heavily flavoured. Drink was very bad, taste too syrup-py. Cereal prawn became too mushy as time goes.

There wasn't any tags for the food, so we just used a marker to write on the disposable plastic sheet instead. This is something they could improve on. And also to inform customers before changing the dish last minute.
