An Ugly Birthday cake

There is a need to improve the decoration of the cake. There is basically no decoration just a slice of apple and three blue berries. The baker need to improve in his/her technique as you can see from the photo that the mouse did not cover the cake ... More exterior well and you can see air bubble and streaks. It look terrible for a birthday cake. Fortunately, the cake still taste not too bad.
