"DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!!"

Menu was very impressive and hence we chose them for our Christmas Party. However, this is the worst caterer I have ever used. It was a disappointment from the start when 3 hrs before our event, the Deluxe Sushi Appetizer we ordered was suddenly not ... More available. We chose this caterer as they were the only ones serving sushi and satay. In the end, sushi was substituted with fruit platter. Their other replacement options were either salad or cream puffs, which personally I feel is not comparable to a prime appetizer like sushi. I felt shortchanged. And when the food arrived, the portions were really small. I've ordered mini buffet for 12-15 pax that served more food than their portions for 30 pax! Even the cutlery and items provided was about 1:1 ratio. Eg: 39 plastic cups for 30 pax! Your guests have to ration everything! So embarrassing! Set up was miserable looking with only 4 burners provided. Most of the food items were served in half an insert tray. I was shocked and called the caterer immediately, saying there was not enough food for my guests. Caterer was rude and defensive and boasted that I was the first customer to complain in his 20 years of catering experience. He taunted and belittled us by saying he would refund my full payment if my guests could finish all the food. Indeed, the food was all finished and we even had to order extra food from Pizza Hut for our guests. Now, the caterer is trying to worm out of the situation by not refunding us our money. Such an unhappy way to celebrate our Chrismas! :(
