The overall menu and portion is good and sufficient for the number of pax. We paid additional for the pineapple fried rice and it turned out a tad disappointing as it was very dry, not fragrant and least touched by my guests. The chestnut duck was ... More good but very little meat. Mostly bones. But I like the chestnuts and it was flavorful. The sambal siting and curry vegetables are spicy enough and quite tasty. The cereal prawns were not deshelled so a little troublesome for guests to eat as they have to peel the prawns and wash their hands after that. This dish left over quite a lot. The ngoh hiongs were not very nice. The fruit punch was finished to the last drop. Probably mine was an outdoor multipurpose hall event, the weather was very hot, many guests drank a lot. I had to supplement with my own packet drinks. Should pay for an additional barrel of fruit punch as 1 is insufficient. Delivery and setup were punctual and fast. Collection was on time. So do keep aside the food well before the collection time if expecting some late guests.
