"Staff poor attitude, cannot accept feedback; food so-so"

Office staff displayed poor attitude, argumentative and became defensive when she heard me giving my feedback on the strong pork smell and fishy dishes. She simply cannot accept any negative feedback! She probably think that one customer less would ... More not affect the business.
This is the worst caterer that I have come across.
