Quantity, quality, and variety are all very disappointing. There were even twice when the dishes tasted funny. 3 out of 10 times no warmer bag.

We have called you on 13 Sep 23 at 1249pm and tried to understand more on the issues you mentioned in your feedback but did not receive any inputs with regards to your feedback on quantity, quality and variety. ... More As mentioned during our call, plastic bags are provided to our customers who are ending their subscription and hence the last 3 days of your subscription, the food was not provided in thermal bags.
