"Average food quality and portion but at risk of food poison"

Was quite disappointed on the first day of the food because my whole family except for my son who cannot eat spicy had diarrhea after eating the rendang chicken (see the attached photo). Called the customer service and the lady did apologize and ... More promise d to compensate one additional day for us. We agreed but later the food was not delivered on the additional day itself and it ruined my dinner time. Called the customer service again and another lady mentioned it did not pass thru the system to inform the kitchen to prepare but there was a note to mention. This is totally screwed up. Food quality is really so so. Food portion is OK.
