The service is impeccable as whatever queries I had had been answered promptly. Delivery of the cake was on time. Packaging of the cake was neat and stable, which allowed us to transport the cake easily to my grandparents' place. I think what ... More shocked us the most, was the execution of the cake - the details on the cake, the money pulling effect and the flavour (ordered Lychee Rose and my grandparents loved it as it was not too sweet for them). My family finished the entire cake the first time (as we always have leftovers in the past), and my grandpa had the most shock and fun pulling the money out of the cake. He said "Yue la yue da", i.e. the more he pulled, the greater the denomination of the currency (yes, they can customise it for you!). I would order from them again in a heartbeat. I am actually hoping they are making a christmas log cake version so i can put in another order again!
